Finden Technologies Inc. (FTI), is the exclusive distributor of Devant products, including television and other appliances (the “Products”). As a distributor, we may be responsible for the repair of the Products vis-à-vis the warranty of the Products, which you may avail through our third-party service providers and centers (the “Services”).
We are concerned about the privacy and security of your personal information and we are committed to process your personal information in a secure and confidential manner. Pursuant to the Data Privacy Act and the rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission, we are committed to take precautionary measures to protect your valuable personal information against unauthorized access, theft, destruction, alteration or disclosure.
In line with these commitments, we set out this Privacy Notice that defines how we process your personal information, including the collection and use of your personal information, which are voluntarily supplied by you or as may be received by us during the course of purchasing the Products and/or availing the Services from the third-party service centers.

- Instant Messaging Account Names (i.e. Facebook messenger), which you use as channels in availing the Products and/or Services.

- Elgrade Incorporated for the purpose of providing the Services which you may avail by reason of the purchase of the Products. Our third-party service providers will independently collect personal information in their own account for purposes separate from the purposes stated herein. - Advertisers, advertising platforms and networks that require the data to select and serve relevant advertisements related to the Products.
