LOGISTICS ADMIN ASSOCIATE

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in related field preferred.
  • Must have basic knowledge in Accounting, and route planning.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Amenable to work from Monday to Saturday.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Duties and Responsibilites:
  1. Sample testing for audio products and TV (from receive, tagging to test report release and bugs fixing) to ensure product safety and good performance.
  2. Designing experiments to test new features or product configuration.
  3. Product specs preparation and review.
  4. Provide solution for product issues.
  5. Processing and documentation for admin tasks and compliance related docs.
  6. Assist internal parties for any technical inquiries.
  7. Conduct competitor checking and branch visit to understand the market and align with the team.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree of any course.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  3. Knowledge in TV, Audio products, visual and sound theories.
  4. Ability to distinguish small difference in sound quality.
  5. Well versed both in verbal and written communication.
  6. Enthusiastic and abreast with technologies, gadgets and music.
  7. Attention to details and ability to meet deadline.
  8. Well organized able to work under pressure and time constraints.
